Excess Coverage is an insurance policy option that will place additional insurance limits over your existing policy. Zodiac can provide the limits needed to keep you and your company protected at an affordable rate, whether it is due to your own coverage concerns, a compliance requirement, or a contractual requirement.
Which Classes of Business are Eligible?
Professional Liability (Follow Form Excess) is available over our own insurance policies or other policies (that we review and approve). We’ve done limits up to $20,000,000, remembering that limits must be appropriate for your needs and the size of your enterprise. Professional Liability Excess Insurance may be available over other programs outside of Zodiac.
Entertainment General Liability Excess Insurance is also available, and we’ve been able to meet many needs for many different events all over the country. Excess Entertainment Insurance does require that all liability be placed here at Zodiac (but we’ll do a great job for you!)
We have creative solutions, such as project or contract specific excess insurance, to make the limits you need available at reasonable cost.
